- Thicker, smooth faced vinyl material with scrim reinforcement

Premium Adhesive Vinyl
- Adhesive blockout vinyl for application to flat surfaces

Coroplast
- Fluted plastic boards

- For yard stake signs, political signs, outdoor signs
Foam PVC (Sintra)
- Hard foam PVC (plastic) sheet usually intended for indoor use
- 1mm, 3mm, 6mm thick (thinner sheet = more flexibility)
- Direct print or mount, direct print preferred
- Often used for indoor board applications
- Comes in 4x8 sheets, 5x10s available (limited stock)
- Direct printed on HP Scitex FB700, or if mounted printed on Designjet 28500, Latex 360, or ValueJets
Dibond/E-Panel/M-Panel
- Thin aluminium sheets with foam between, 3mm thick (approximately) .125"
- Ideal for outdoor use, high durability
- Can mount or direct print, prefer direct print
- Comes in 4x8, 5x10s available (limited stock)
- Direct printed on HP Scitex FB700, or if mounted printed on Designjet 28500, Latex 360, or ValueJets
Aluminium
- White faced aluminium sheets
- .040, .063, .080 standard thickness
- Outdoor or indoor use, durable for outdoors
- Direct print or mount, direct print preferred
- Comes in 4x8 sheets
- Great for parking signs, door signs on buildings, security signs
- Direct printed on HP Scitex FB700, or if mounted printed on Designjet 28500, Latex 360, or ValueJets
Foam board (core)
- Paper coated foam sheet, approximately 3/16" thick
- Indoor use only
- Very fragile board, intended for short term indoor use (will last indoors if treated very carefully)
- Comes in 4x8 sheets
- Direct print or mount, direct print preferred
- Direct printed on HP Scitex FB700, or if mounted printed on Designjet 28500, Latex 360, or ValueJets
Ultraboard
- Plastic coated foam board
- Standard 3/16" thick
- Available in black
- Recommended for indoor use
- Nicer more durable alternative to Foamcore
- Direct print or mount, direct print preferred
- Comes in 4x8 sheets
- Direct printed on HP Scitex FB700, or if mounted printed on Designjet 28500, Latex 360, or ValueJets
Gatorboard
- Wood fiber coated foam board
- Very similar to ultraboard, slightly less flexible
- Standard 3/16" thick
- Recommended for indoor use
- Nicer more durable alternative to Foamcore
- Direct print or mount, direct print preferred
- Comes in 4x8 sheets
- Direct printed on HP Scitex FB700, or if mounted printed on Designjet 28500, Latex 360, or ValueJets
MDO Board
- White faced plywood (medium density overlay)
- .5" thick
- Comes in 4x8 sheets
- Ideal for outdoor signs, construction signs, wood signs
